1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Ai SMC (“we”, “us”, “our”), the operator of ai-smc.trade. By creating an account, purchasing a licence, or using the Ai SMC indicator, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

2. What we provide

Ai SMC is a technical analysis indicator for the MetaTrader 4 trading platform. It analyses price data available in your terminal and displays market structure and price-action information, including break of structure, change of character, order blocks, equal highs and lows, fair value gaps, multi-timeframe levels, and premium and discount zones.

The indicator is an analysis and visualisation tool only. It does not place, modify or close trades, does not manage funds, and does not provide personal financial, investment or trading advice.

3. Accounts

You must create an account with a valid email address to purchase a licence. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please notify us immediately at contact@ai-smc.trade if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and you must not use the service where doing so would breach any law that applies to you.

4. Licence and permitted use

When you purchase a plan, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the indicator for the duration of your purchased period.

Each licence is issued for a specific MetaTrader 4 account number that you provide at checkout. You agree not to:

• share, resell, sublicense, rent, lend or otherwise distribute the indicator file;
• decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or attempt to derive the source code of the indicator;
• circumvent, remove or tamper with the account-locking or expiry mechanisms;
• publish or make the file available for download by any third party; or
• use the indicator in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.

We retain all intellectual property rights in the indicator, the website and all related materials. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

5. Plans, billing and renewals

We currently offer the following plans:

• 3-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. No charge is made during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan converts automatically to the monthly subscription and your payment method is charged.
• Monthly subscription. Billed automatically each month until cancelled. A new licence file is issued on each successful payment.
• One-month purchase. A single payment granting one month of access, with no automatic renewal.

All prices are stated in US dollars and may be subject to sales tax, VAT or other local charges, which are calculated at checkout.

6. Payment processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com. Paddle handles all payments, billing enquiries, tax collection and remittance. When you make a purchase, Paddle's own terms also apply to that transaction. We do not receive or store your full card details.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops any future billing. You retain access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for, and your licence file continues to work until its expiry date. Cancelling during a free trial means you will not be charged at all.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Delivery and availability

Licences are generated and delivered automatically by email and through your dashboard, normally within seconds of payment. If delivery fails for any technical reason, contact us and we will resolve it or issue a refund.

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages and circumstances outside our control may cause temporary interruptions.

10. Trading risk disclaimer

Trading foreign exchange, contracts for difference and other leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could lose some or all of your invested capital.

Ai SMC does not guarantee any trading result, profit or level of accuracy. No indicator can predict market movements or institutional behaviour. Any examples, screenshots or illustrations shown on this website are for demonstration only and are not a promise of performance. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, position sizing and risk management. You should seek independent financial advice if you are unsure whether a product or strategy is appropriate for your circumstances.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, data loss, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the indicator or the website.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, in particular the licence restrictions in section 4, or if we are required to do so by law. Where the breach is not serious and can be corrected, we will normally contact you first.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when they were last revised. Material changes affecting existing subscribers will be communicated by email where reasonably practicable. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
